How To Read A Supplement Label
A checklist worth running on any men's wellness product, not just this one.
Men's circulation and vitality labels are especially prone to confident-sounding numbers that disclose less than they appear to. Before trusting any product in this category — including this one — here's the checklist worth actually running.
1. Separate disclosed doses from blend totals
Some ingredients on a label carry individual milligram amounts. Others share a combined blend weight. Know which is which before assuming the whole label is equally specific.
2. Do the ceiling math on any blend
Divide the blend's total weight by its ingredient count for a rough per-ingredient ceiling. It won't be exact, but it tells you whether research-comparable doses are even mathematically possible.
3. Check for a specific branded extract, not just a generic name
Names like “pine bark extract” can refer to a specific patented, well-researched branded ingredient or a generic version with a thinner evidence base. Look for the specific brand name stated explicitly.
4. Look for a finished-product trial, not just ingredient citations
Research on an individual ingredient isn't the same as a clinical trial on the actual finished product you're buying. Check whether a page distinguishes between the two, or blurs them together.
5. Confirm checkout terms independently
Sales-page shipping and final checkout shipping can differ. Always confirm the real total before paying, rather than trusting the number quoted earlier in the funnel.
